For the absolute best results we recommend that you avoid sweating or getting wet for at least 6 hours after application. Make sure to sleep with clothing over your ink the first night to keep it protected, and most importantly, stay hydrated + moisturized! Your tattoo will gradually fade on its own, you may use an exfoliant to speed up the fading process.
