🖤 We Come to You: House Call is our traveling permanent jewelry experience — available for private parties, corporate events, weddings, and brand activations.
🖤 Travel & Deposit:
-Within 120 roundtrip miles of Providence, RI — $500 non-refundable travel & insurance deposit. $2,000 minimum spend.
-120–240 miles — $1,000 deposit, $3,500 minimum spend
-Over 240 miles — custom contract required
🖤 Guests: Ideal for 10–25 guests (large and corporate events available by request).
🖤 Payment Options: Host covers all (or a portion of) purchases or guests can pay individually at the event.
🖤 Setup Requirements: Access to electrical outlet. Floor level or elevator access for our big travel kit. We can bring our small kit for smaller events without floor level access.
🖤 Outdoor Events: Welcome (weather permitting). We love patios, gardens, and rooftops.

Absolutely! That’s exactly what The Hidden Gem is for — private, in-studio events at our Legacy Place (Dedham) location.
Yes, we bring our full collection unless previously discussed with the host. If there’s something specific you’d love to include, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to pack it.
Yes, please! If none is available we can use our travel battery but plug in access is preferable.
Yes — weather permitting. We love a patio, garden, or rooftop setup! We just ask for access to electricity and a flat surface to keep the equipment (and the sparkle) safe.
Yes — a $500 non-refundable deposit is required for events within 120 miles of Providence, RI, 120–240 miles requires a $1,000 deposit. For events farther away, deposits and minimums vary.
Jewelry is purchased separately for your event. Guests can choose their own chain and charms from our on-site selection, or pieces can be pre-purchased ahead of time for a curated experience. Payment is flexible — the host can cover all purchases,guests can pay individually, or you can split costs however you prefer. For large corporate events, a 50% deposit on estimated purchases is required prior to the event.
