Use warm water and mild detergent or detergent-free soap, and a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the stone. Rinse the necklace in a bowl of water, and dry it with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh detergents, hot water, and ultrasonic cleaners. Also, don't scrub too hard or use alcohol wipes, as these can scratch or damage the stone.
