About our Shop:
≈≈Our Whenever Jewelry features our same custom-cut gemstones and locally sourced 14kt gold chains, but with clasps for the commitment-phobe. All of our jewelry is custom fit to your body + preferences. The mood is choose your own adventure and all are welcome here! 
We also work with clients to co-create custom jewelry in celebration or commemoration of the BIG stuff: moments in life that deserve a tangible reminder of your evolution, growth + grit. We're here for all of it.

WELDER POSITION

Job Description:
Looking for a creative individual interested in learning the ins-and-outs of a small, growing fine jewelry business and retail shop. We are looking for help producing and distributing our small production line, as well as in shop appointments for Forever Jewelry. 

The Right Candidate:
Friendly, knowledgeable about product line, eye for detail, comfortable manipulating delicate jewelry and interacting with customers. Small metals or jewelry experience is preferred, but not necessary. You must be good with your hands, dexterous, and willing to learn a new skill.

Compensation: $20/hour 
Hours: 
24-30 hours/week  Shop Hours: Monday-Saturday 11-7 Sunday 12-6
We are hiring TWO part time welders.
Hours for both positions are Thursday 2-7PM Friday 2-7PM Saturday 11-7PM Sunday 12-6PM
Flexibility to add in additional hours if the demand presents itself.

Role:
Welding appointments
Quality control of our fine jewelry line
Shop maintenance/restocking shelves
Making reorder notes/low-stock
Weekly componentry audit   
Shop cleaning/tidying
Production of e-commerce orders
Production of wholesale (once it starts)
Shipping of e-commerce orders
Support Front of House with social media:
Posting/tagging of all welding appointments to stories
Building a library of photography content: photography of forever jewelry/whenever jewelry/studio appointments/shop photos/flat lays: 5-10 photos per week, sent to our common Dropbox folder
Create Reels + Tiktok’s to marry back to the content calendar.  1 video er week sent to our common Dropbox folder for later sharing.


FRONT OF HOUSE POSITION//KEY HOLDER

Job Description:
We are looking for a Key Holder/Front of House employee ready to be responsible for providing an outstanding branded customer experience. Perform operational duties that drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, store cleanliness, managing performance and profitability, creating a unique and memorable customer experience, managing the welding team to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
The Right Candidate:
Outgoing sales person, preferable experience with small + growing brands.  Is knowledgeable about the product line, comfortable speaking to our brand of jewelry, interacting with customers. Ability to tell the story of “Wear your Magic”, someone who can understand and interpret customer feedback and is excited about the storytelling aspect of our jewelry.
Compensation: 60k 
Hours:  40 hours/week  Shop Hours: Monday-Saturday 11-7 Sunday 12-6
Front of house hours would be Friday 11-7 Saturday 11-7 Sunday 12-6 and additional hours would be spent helping us build out our permanent Seaport space

Role:
Seaport “face” of BD, comfortable selling the “Wear Your Magic” branding
Managing performance and profitability
Promoting sales improvement
Managing the Welders, flow of customers to welding stations
Shop maintenance/restocking shelves
Making reorder notes/low-stock
Weekly componentry audit 
Reporting customer response to Forever Jewelry
Reporting customer response to Whenever Jewelry
Customer engagement with storytelling + understanding of the meaning behind each component of our jewelry.
Managing customer experience/onboarding into POS for tracking/funneling into correct experience category (whenever/forever/custom)
Performance 
Social Media- 
Posting/Tagging each customer Story photo with special hashtag for Seaport location of all welding appointments to stores
Building a library of photography content: photography of forever jewelry/whenever jewelry/studio appointments/shop photos/flat lays: 5-10 photos per week, sent to our common Dropbox folder
