Debbie uses gold fill findings and gold vermeil at the core of her pieces. She then sources fine beads from around the world, and meticulously hand strings and beads each piece for a one-of-a-kind look.

Debbie Fisher is based in Brooklyn, New York. Mixing delicate semi-precious stones like mystic quartz, lapis and sapphire with colorful beads makes her work unique and wearable. Debbie spends a great deal of time finding beads from Thailand, Africa and India, and the care and beauty show in each piece.

We recommend you keep your gold plated vermeil pieces dry and away from skincare products like lotions and creams. We recommend storing your jewelry in a plastic bag to help avoid moisture in the air. You can keep your plated and vermeil clean by wiping it down with microfiber cloth or a damp cotton ball after wearing it to remove surface soil and smudges.

Gold-filled jewelry can get wet but we do recommend you remove it in saltwater or chlorine (beach days, pools, hot tubs, etc...). Wearing it while using some everyday skincare products is fine, but remove it when putting on anything stronger (retinol, peels, glycolic acid, etc...). Mild soapy water and a toothbrush - a child's soft toothbrush and a mild detergent is the perfect combination for cleaning gold-filled jewelry. The detergent can remove residue or fingerprints from the item, and still leave it shiny and bright when it's done.
